This December here in Edmonton, it has been a very mild winter thus far. During this photo session it was only -2! I’ve never experienced a December with this warm of weather before, so we took advantage of it. Kylie and I both had the day off work, so we jumped on the opportunity to photograph amongst the frost; something both of us have been wanting to do for a while now. I approached this opportunity with an open mind, hoping I would achieve the style of film photography while using a digital camera. Lately I’ve been following a lot of film photographers work and I’ve felt myself being romanced by the look of film. I love how these images turned out. I’m stoked to be giving them to Kylie!
